Here are some of our frequently asked questions.

How do I book your services?

It's very simple! Fill out the inquiry form on our contact page and we will get back to you in 24-48 hours. May take a little longer if submitted on Friday or Saturday.

What areas do you service?

We are currently servicing Broward County, Miami Dade and Palm Beach County.

What is the order minimum?

For onsite installations Friday-Sunday there is a $600 order minimum. Monday-Thursday there is a $400 order minimum. All others are delivery or pick-up only.

Do you require a deposit for booking?

Yes. Once the estimate is approved we require a 50% deposit to secure your event date and time.

When do I need to pay the balance?

24 hours before the installation/delivery date. 

What is your delivery fee?

Delivery is based on location and is a minimum of $45 or $5/mile (one-way) whichever is grater. 

How long do the balloons last?

We always use the highest quality balloons, however due to the general nature of balloons we cannot guarantee that they will remain perfect and intact especially when used outdoors.

Can you setup the night before?

Indoor only. This totally depends on what is needed but most of the times we can!
